This bench is located at Belcarra Bay on a side inlet of Burrard Inlet within Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. Click to enlarge photo. I chose this photo for its shade as Toronto has had hot and humid weather the past couple of days. Sitting on a bench underneath beautiful trees and looking out to the water would be quite refreshing.

I see two benches! Eaxh is made different. . . What a lovely environment for them!
Nice and shady.
I'll join you in the shade there, Barbara. It looks delightful!
A very nice and peaceful place for a bench!
HEAVEN!
How beautiful. I'd love to be out there, sitting on the bench, looking at the water. It's consistently 100 degrees in Texas, and so all the more inviting.
Terrific pic Barbara. As I sit here looking at it, in my little pool of southern Ontario perspiration, I feel cooler. Thank you.
A bench in that shade is just what we need right now around here. This looks like the one in question.
Lovely spot, Barbara! The tree on the right is an amazing shape!
My bench post is now up - I'm a little late with it today!
Very cool, relaxing picture, I could sit there most of the day, with my lunch of course. Hope you have a nice weekend.
Beautiful shot. Nice shadow design.
Would love to sit there with you
;-)

The nice thing about Vancouver is the weather tends to be temperate during the summer. The summer I spent there, for four months, had many sunny days with rain to keep things cooled off.
A delightful bench shot Barbara. In my haste I drove past many benches this weekend, making note of them for a later posting. I definitely hold hopes for a more relaxed appreciation of some South Australian benches in the near future...and thanks for your recent visit and kind comment.
a lovely view and I like that bending tree.
