Barbara Martin said...: Pam, many places have a 'catch and release' program regarding angling. These guys may not have had a license to keep the fish, so he released it back. He does it correctly by supporting the fish until it breathes properly in the water, then allows it to swim away.

This video should keep most fisherman happy who visit with a visibly 'hooked' fish.; 10 March 2009 at 04:05
