Yippee!

To borrow from Sandra Seamans, I'm doing my own Snoopy Dance as today is my debut publication of a piece of flash fiction: "A Stash of Goods" appearing at David Cranmer's Beat to a Pulp. Here's the link:

Really exciting story, Barbara! I like the details like the clean entrance and absence of sounds in the build up.

Excellent story, Barbara, very suspenseful. Congratulations on getting it published!! (PS, your picture on the other blog has a lot less fur... is there such a thing as a were-horse?? ;) )

Raph, setting the scene is important.

Brava! Bravo!

Fantastico!

Chilling and spooky, and the Hero has already left my lap.

Tonight, I don't want silence.

Great tale!

Nice work, Barbara. I laud those who can write fiction. Writing my memoir was easy - no creativity at all!

Wel done! Both the story and the publication. Looking forward to the whole novel.

Reya, Barrie, Chris, Jenn, Carter and Michele: thanks very much for your kind comments. Here I've been sitting on this manuscript far too long, concerned it wasn't good enough. Well, now I'm shopping for a home for the manuscript it belongs to.
