Winter in Kananaskis

Kananaskis is in Alberta east of Banff National Park along the Rocky Mountains, a popular recreational area during all four seasons.

Cross-country skiing is alot easier than downhill, and not so scarey. It's also an excellent way to get out with snow buddies for some exercise and fresh air.
