This is taken along Highway 22 in southern Alberta showing the Livingston Range in first snow.

Of late I have been quite busy with personal matters and unable to post regularly. I hope things will settle down after the Christmas holidays so I can get back to doing my book reviews and historical posts which many of you enjoy.

Great pictkure, Barbara. I lived in the area for a year and enjoyed the scenes. I get to see it every once in a while when I visit my son and his family who have just moved there.
I still don't enjoy the congestion.

It looks so cold and impassable...life would have a hard time finding a foothold on those mountains. But there is a serene beauty to that wilderness. Thanks for posting.
