I enjoyed the sight of that guy on the bench with his red cap - he added a touch of extra life to this pleasant scene.
Not a bad bench but there are buildings in the way of the view.
It certainly seems pleasant.
Notice the box on the fence that holds the life preserver and rope: for fools who climb the fence.
