last time i was there was in late 80s... with chronic tendinitis in both hands, could no longer work as electrician :(

Tony, the winter cold would have made it worse for you. Hope your hands are a bit better now.Wil, it's about 800km (497 miles) from Ft. McMurray to Jasper, and this is in the Boreal Forest.
