Nice double bench with a view from either direction! And what a neat place to sit for a spell!
ReplyDeletewe get those cement sided ones round here two but not often back to back.
ReplyDeleteA very symmetric, yet not TOO symmetrical bench and setting. I would have enjoyed sitting there ans watch people passing by.
ReplyDeleteFlowers and green grass in a beautyful park... what better place for a bench?...
ReplyDeleteAnd, Thank you for your visit!
Ah, looks like the benches I've seen in NY and DC. Same design and set-up.
ReplyDelete(Odd: my word verification is nycat!)
I love the flower baskets over this bench!
ReplyDeleteVery nice to sit and read with your own reading lamp provided there!
ReplyDeletePERBS, double seated benches are rare finds.
ReplyDeleteAckworth, it must keep the board slats steady.
RuneE, I believe the bench is not too far from Niagara Falls, which would make it a perfect place to rest weary legs and sore feet.
Malyss, parks and benches seem to be ready partners.
ReplyDeleteDavid, it could be the same company as Niagara is only across the river from Buffalo.
Teresa, I wondered about when it rains as surely the pots have drainage holes in the bottom.
Phoenix, when the sun begins to set it is wise to make for shelters as the mosquitoes come out for their blood.
ReplyDeleteInteresting style of bench. I love the hanging baskets and green grass; this photo just draws the viewer right in.
ReplyDeleteNice park and the habging baskets sure are pretty, I don't think I would like setting under them. Hope you have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteDiane, a perfect spot for anyone venturing along the sidewalk to sit and rest a bit.
ReplyDeletePeaceful. Whenever I see a lamp post I wonder if I can get to Narnia.
ReplyDeleteas one from the area, i can vouch for their authenticity ;) lol
ReplyDeleteMargaret, the flower baskets would probably be fine though I understand your concern.
ReplyDeleteLeah, you have such a wonderful way with words.
How awesome! Flowers and green grass in a beautiful park..
